2. Creator network participation

• Joining ORO Digital's TikTok Creator Network is free. We never charge creators application or membership fees.
• Applications are reviewed case by case; acceptance is at our discretion and subject to TikTok's own partner requirements.
• Creators must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable Philippine law. We may remove members who violate platform rules or act against the community's interests.
• Network membership can be ended by either party through TikTok's standard processes.

3. Agency services

• Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements, which take precedence over these general terms.
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Clients retain ownership of their final deliverables upon full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

4. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. While we keep it accurate and current, platform policies (like TikTok's requirements) change frequently — always verify against official sources. All site content is © ORO Digital and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORO Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
